Thank you for shopping with Imperial Foods and Spices. We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety regulations, our return policy is as follows:
1.Unpacked or Opened Goods:
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been unpacked, opened or have a broken heat seal. Once a food item has been opened, it is no longer eligible for resale or return.
2. Eligible Returns:
Returns are only accepted for items that are in their original, unopened and vacuum-sealed packaging. -You must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
-The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
3. Incorrect Items:
If we sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@ifsco.in with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return for an unopened product please contact our support team at support@ifsco.in. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
5. Shipping Costs:
Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the unopened product.
